About me
I'm Robin Llewellyn, a freelance journalist/feature writer from Wales working on stories relating to human rights, indigenous land issues, and the environment.
I have a Master's in International Journalism (Cardiff), a European Master's in Human Rights and Democratisation (European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights, Venice), and a First Class Honours Degree in International Relations (McGill/Aberystwyth). I have worked in communications in the health and energy sectors, as well as in marketing and tourism.
In photography I most admire the work of Robert Capa and Ilya Varlamov, while in text and radio journalism I echo David Boeri's words: "Know what you see," he says, "don't see what you know".
Aside from work I love riding horses.
